These books were OK, but not the best books I’ve ever read. You have to like mythology to enjoy these books. The characters are not well developed
and seem to do do silly things that don’t make sense. Therefore, it’s hard to empathize with the characters. The concept is hard to believe because it is about
children fighting gods of greek mythology.

I found this series to be very entertaining as did my children. Not as good as the FableHaven series, but still good.

Books are engaging and not overly violent. Hopefully theis series will “inspire” my grand-daughters to read some classic mythology.

We are reading this out loud and the whole family is enjoying it. The weaving in of Greek Mythology stimulates lots of fun discussions.
